Orange Coast Senior Editor Anne Valdespino attended one on artisan bread, which included making everything pictured here-naan, sunflower seed whole-wheat rolls, king cake, fruit challah, cabernet-flour marble focaccia, ciabatta, and sourdough in baguette and boule shapes. Chef Rachel Klemek of Irvine’s beloved Blackmarket Bakery has a delicious new slate of classes for spring.
